Huw Edwards-Jones is a Master cabinetmaker & Designer as well as Conservator and restorer.
Highly experienced, he’s been passionate about all things wood since the 1970's. His work has been featured in several landmark books including, Bespoke by renowned expert Betty Norbury, Celebration of Excellence, Guild-mark pieces. by the Worshipful company of furniture makers. Also numerous top magazines including, Rolls Royce, 'Azure’. Country Life, House & Garden, The Spitfire society, etc.
Also his works have been displayed at top international exhibitions including Olympia, fine art, Bonhams Guild mark pieces exhibition, Bonhams. The 150th anniversary to Henry Royce at the Dorchester, Mayfair. Celebration of Excellence, the Long Gallery Cheltenham. BBC, Friday night is music night, 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain at Biggin Hill,& the list goes on.
One of the most renowned Cabinet makers out there, Huw also recently created, The Iconic Spitfire memorial table in polished Silver. This stunning piece, was displayed at Olympia Fine art & Antique exhibition. Also BBC, 'Friday night is music night', Biggin hill, also at the VIP venue on the commemoration of the hardest day at Biggin Hill where the very last of the "Few" had a special cake cutting ceremony to mark this the auspicious75th anniversary’s, of this time in 1940, when it was 50/50 whether we would loose the Battle of Britain.
Also the Spitfire table was spotlighted & featured at the 150th anniversary to Henry Royce at the Dorchester where an exquisite Journal was produced to mark this important event for Rolls Royce motorcars. It then featured at the Boultbee Flight Academy on the 75th anniversary to the battle of Britain, this also being where the 'Silver Spitfire' departed on 5th August 2019 on the longest flight.
